In the Hotel Unterellmau in Saalbach Hinterglemm you can not only spend your holidays on a farm, we also offer holidays with a farm. This begins in the morning at the breakfast buffet. We serve you a wealth of products from our own production. The hay milk in your breakfast coffee comes from our cows. The bread, butter and various spreads are made from local or our own products. All the eggs at the buffet cannot come from our chickens, we don't call enough chickens our own. However, if you are very nice to our chickens and talk to them gently, then it can happen that a very fresh breakfast egg falls to you.<\/p>

If you enjoy a glass of wine or a steaming coffee in the parlor after a long day of skiing, then you are standing exactly where our cows used to stay. In the early 1970s, the Unterellmau farm barn had to make way for today's parlor and was moved to its present location. Our little guests in particular have the opportunity to watch the Schwabl family at work on the farm. In the barn with our animals you are right in the middle of the Hotel Unterellmau's farm.<\/p>
